Rarity Vector - Ooo, peanut butter cup?

Made this one after I got myself some Reese's PB cups, which are rare, and expensive in Israel, and since there are so rare here, I thought it would connect smoothly with rarity! so um, yea. Made this one in 3.6 hours (I'm sick now, what causes me to make this for so long), in Inkscape.

So, I tried to make that Magic horn glow (Based on lots of tutorials combined), and since it's my first time, feedback o it (and the vector in overall) would be great! Also, if you notice anything wrong, please let me know!
